What You Need To Know Before Setup

Clear the Area

Make sure the event space is clean and ready before we arrive.

Lawn Prep

If the event is on grass, the lawn must be mowed two days before your event.

Pets

Keep pets inside and clean up any waste.

No Fire or Fireworks near or around the tent.

FAQs

  • Yes we can set up on these surfaces, but when booking your event this needs to be clarified so the correct tools are brought.

  • Tents provide great protection from sun and light rain, but in cases of severe weather—such as heavy winds, snow, or hurricanes—we will work with you to develop a plan. Safety is our top priority, and if dangerous conditions are expected, we may need to adjust the setup, reinforce the tent, or, in extreme cases, remove it to prevent damage or injury. We’ll communicate with you as early as possible if adjustments are necessary.

  • Yes there is free delivery as long as your within our radius (20 miles from the town of Highland).

  • It’s best to reserve your tent and accessories at least 1-2 months prior to your event to guarantee availability.

    If you find yourself with a tighter schedule, give us a call and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.
